At venues like Hiravati or Siddharth Banquets, we ensure our structural backdrops are not just aesthetic, but secure enough to handle high foot traffic, keeping your main stage as the focal point without cluttering the event space. Designing for community festivals in Mumbai requires more than just good taste; it demands an understanding of crowd flow, safety, and lighting dynamics. Whether you are planning a Durga Puja pandal with a specific Thai temple aesthetic or a Navratri Garba night that needs high-energy color washing, we focus on the foundation first. ### Our Process for Large-Scale Events We break down festival decor into three operational pillars: * **Structural Integrity:** For big events at Hiravati or Siddharth Banquets, we use modular wooden framing and truss systems. This ensures your backdrop, whether it is a 20ft Pichwai motif or a traditional red-gold temple facade, remains stable throughout the festivities. * **Lighting & Atmosphere:** Lighting is the difference between a flat setup and an immersive experience. We utilize LED PAR cans and focus lights to wash the stage in warm or vibrant tones, allowing the decor to shift mood from morning rituals to evening festivities. * **Thematic Consistency:** From the main gate to the inner sanctum, we carry your chosen theme—be it Vrindavan, traditional Bengali, or contemporary festive—throughout the entire venue. We use durable materials like MDF cutouts and high-quality fabric to ensure elements withstand multi-day usage. If you have a specific vision for your society festival, bring us your moodboard. We will help you figure out what works for your venue space and budget. ## About Forum Decorators We are Forum Decorators, a team that lives for the 'wow' in Mumbai weddings and festivals.
