We mix permanent structures with custom props, ensuring that the theme—whether it is a serene Pichwai setup or a bright festive stage—looks natural in the room, not forced. Designing an event is about matching the aesthetic to the emotion of the day. For pre-wedding rituals like Lagan Lakhwanu, we lean into traditional Pichwai art and brass elements, which bring a grounded, classic feel to the space. When we move to larger celebrations, such as Sangeet nights or community festivals, we shift our focus to scale, lighting, and immersive backdrops that stand up to larger audiences. Our approach to venue transformation is practical. We understand the layouts of popular Mumbai spots like Hiravati and Siddharth Banquets intimately, which allows us to plan entrances, seating, and stage placement efficiently. We do not just provide props; we manage the volume of florals, the lighting temperature, and the structural integrity of your stage backdrop. Whether you bring us a Pinterest moodboard or ask us to create something from scratch, we work to balance your vision with the physical constraints of the venue to ensure the final result looks as good in person as it does in photos. ## About Forum Decorators We are the team behind the scenes, turning Mumbai banquet halls into vivid, themed spaces.
