Whether it is concealing standard banquet hall ceilings with hanging crystal chandeliers or aligning your stage backdrop with the venue's natural focal points, our setup ensures the room feels custom-designed for your event. Your reception or engagement is the most photographed part of your wedding, and our approach centers on creating a flow that guides guests from the entrance to the stage. We use full floral walls, often 24 to 30 feet wide, to provide a substantial backdrop that stands out in photos without overwhelming the room layout. We know Mumbai venues like Hiravati Banquet and Siddharth Banquet well. We understand how to work with their specific floor plans to maximize seating while keeping the dance floor open. For receptions, we often suggest using high-quality artificial roses and hydrangeas for the backdrop. These hold up perfectly under the intense heat of professional stage lighting, ensuring the colors stay vibrant throughout the night. Our lighting setups go beyond standard spotlights. We use a combination of LED washes for the stage color and cold pyro effects for the couple's entry to ensure the photos look dramatic. If you have a specific color palette in mind, from soft pastels to royal gold, let us know early so we can source the right fabric masking and lighting gels to match. We treat every reception as a unique production rather than a pre-set template. ## About Forum Decorators We’re Forum Decorators, a Mumbai-based team that lives for the 'wow' moment at your reception.
