This helps keep the stage looking sharp throughout long events, while ensuring you get that authentic fragrance at eye level where it matters most. It is our simple way of balancing the premium look you want with the practical reality of Mumbai wedding timelines. Every event we take on is a fresh canvas. Whether you are planning an intimate Haldi ceremony or a high-energy Sangeet, our approach stays the same: we take your vision and ground it in reality. ### Why Our Decor Works We have spent years working with specific Mumbai venues like Hiravati Banquet in Santacruz and Siddharth Banquet in Andheri. Because we know these spaces, we know exactly how to light the stage to avoid glare and where to place the photo booths so your guests don't block the walkway. ### Our Design Approach - **The Floral Mix:** We don't just dump flowers everywhere. We look for 'wow' points. For traditional ceremonies, we lean into rich marigolds and Pichwai motifs. For modern receptions, we pull in pastel hydrangeas and roses. - **The Tech Factor:** If you want a Bollywood-style Sangeet, we focus on the tech—LED video walls, moving head lights, and sequin shimmer walls. - **Personal Touches:** We are big fans of neon signs, hashtag corners, and custom initials. These are the small things that actually make your photos pop. Ultimately, we want the decor to feel like it belongs to you, not a catalogue. If you have a Pinterest moodboard, show us. We will tell you what is feasible for your venue and how to make it look great within your budget. ## About Forum Decorators We are Forum Decorators, a team that lives for that moment when you walk into your venue and see your vision come to life.
