## About Dreamy Pastel Engagements & Receptions

Achieving that seamless pastel look at venues like Hiravati or Siddharth Banquets isn't just about picking the right flowers. We spend significant time on floor masking—using full white or printed flex—because the venue's existing carpet color often clashes with the delicate palette we are trying to build. This small, often-overlooked technical step makes the difference between a cluttered stage and a cohesive, high-end visual.

### The Art of Soft Palettes
Many couples come to us with a mood board full of soft pinks, dusty roses, and ivory tones. The challenge isn't just picking the flowers; it's balancing the 'pop' with the 'soft'. We integrate about 30% fresh floral arrangements at eye level to ensure the fragrance and texture feel real, while using high-density artificial blooms for the large-scale arch structures to keep the setup crisp and photogenic all day.

### Lighting for the Right Vibe
Lighting is everything for these setups. We use LED PAR cans to color-wash the backdrop, shifting the ambiance from a bright daytime engagement to an intimate, moody evening reception. Whether it’s a 'Better Together' neon sign that you want glowing over your sofa or a tunnel of cherry blossoms for your entry, we focus on the details that show up in your final photographs.

### Why Venue Familiarity Matters
We aren't just designing; we are transforming spaces we know intimately. Having worked at Siddharth Banquets and Hiravati multiple times, we know exactly where the power points, light trusses, and sightlines are. This means less stress on your big day and a smoother setup process. If you have a specific vision—perhaps a Pinterest arch you’ve been eyeing—show us. We’ll tell you exactly how to make it work within your venue's layout.
