A grand entrance arch needs proper anchoring to stay up against hall drafts and heavy foot traffic, so we use reinforced stands to make sure your decor looks sharp from the first guest to the last. Filling a large banquet hall or outdoor lawn is different than a living room setup. You need volume. We use 300+ balloon arches, massive stage backdrops, and coordinated columns to make sure your decorations do not get lost in the room. We specialize in creating that wow factor at the entrance, often using custom neon signs, shimmer walls, or even tunnels of fairy lights to draw guests into the event area immediately. Whether your event is at a hotel, farmhouse, or community center, we handle the logistics. We have experience managing outdoor drafts and large open areas, ensuring our arches and banners stay secure throughout your celebration. We do not just put up balloons. We coordinate the colors and design elements to match your specific theme, whether it is a kid's cartoon party, a baby shower, or a formal milestone anniversary. ### Why Choose Us for Large Events * **Scale and Presence:** We understand how to fill wide, open spaces so your event feels full and well-decorated. * **On-Site Management:** For large-scale events, our team handles the full installation, including structural support for arches and backdrops, so you have one less thing to worry about. * **Customized Theme Integration:** From Cocomelon setups for kids to elegant 60th-anniversary milestones, we tailor the balloon colors, props, and lighting to fit your venue's aesthetic. If you have a venue booked, let us know the location and the date. We will provide a plan that fits the space perfectly. ## About Forever Balloon Decoration We take balloon decor out of the living room and into the big halls. Whether it is a banquet entrance or a sprawling outdoor lawn, we make sure the decorations fill the space and look just right for your event.
