Every squad you see here is built through specific, position-based tactical training and disciplined high-intensity drills. If you are aiming for a spot in our BDFA or KSFA division teams, understand that match selection is based on commitment, agility, and technical discipline. We do not field solo heroes; we build cohesive units that know how to hold a defensive line and execute a counter-attack under pressure. ### Building a Professional Pathway On my pitch, football is not a hobby. It is a commitment. When we form a squad for the KSFA Youth Premier League or the BDFA 'C' Division, we are looking for players who can take instruction and execute it immediately. We do not tolerate walking during drills because, in a real league match, that split-second lack of movement costs us the game. ### How We Train Our Squads Our squad training modules go beyond standard fitness. We focus on: * **Tactical Positioning:** Whether you are a forward or a defender, you learn to play your specific role within the team structure. We practice offside traps, defensive line management, and transition play. * **7-a-Side Match Simulations:** This is where we identify who works well together. We rotate combinations to see which players communicate effectively on the field. * **Conditioning:** You will run. You will do ladder drills. You will master ball control until it is muscle memory. If you cannot keep the ball close while sprinting, you are not ready for the league squad. ### Preparing for League Competition Being part of our competitive squad means you represent the Football School of Karnataka at the Bangalore Football Stadium and other state venues. We handle your official licensing with the KSFA and BDFA, provide match kits, and ensure you have the exposure required to be scouted by larger clubs. If you are U-17 or U-21 and have the drive to push yourself, this is where you need to be. Do not ask for easy sessions. Ask for the hard work. ## About FSK I am the head coach at FSK. On my ground, we focus on hard work and discipline above all else. If you are ready to stop walking and start moving with the ball, you belong here with us.
