Our sessions are designed to mimic match intensity, which is why we spend a significant portion of training on tactical transition drills. You will practice moving from defense to attack in under five seconds, because in a league game, that is where the goals are made or missed. ### Training for the League When you join the youth development batch, you are here to compete. This is not about learning to kick a ball; it is about learning how to play within a team structure under pressure. We run our sessions five to six days a week for the competitive squad because consistency is the only way to build match fitness. ### The Focus - **Tactical Awareness:** We break down phase-of-play training. You need to know where to be when the ball is lost and how to hold your formation when you are attacking. - **Physical Conditioning:** League matches are ninety minutes long. We do sprint repeats, core strength, and endurance running so you do not fade in the second half. - **Match Simulation:** We use our weekend friendly matches and full-field practice sessions to test what we practice. If you cannot do it in training, you cannot do it on the pitch. ### Your Pathway Our goal is to prepare you for the KSFA Youth Premier League and the BDFA A, B, and C divisions. We hold internal assessments to identify who is ready for the scouts and who needs more time on the training ground.
