Our 'Path to Pro' sessions are strictly for players aiming for KSFA or BDFA league selection. We focus on high-intensity tactical phases and match-pressure simulation that you won't find in a standard fitness class. We treat football here as a development process, not a weekend pastime. My coaching style is direct because league football demands it—if your technique is sloppy, or your movement is slow, we will fix it on the spot. The 'Path to Pro' program is designed for U-17 and U-21 players who want to compete at the highest level. We operate throughout the week, running sessions that focus on: * **Tactical Awareness:** Learning to hold formations and manage transitions from defense to attack. * **Physical Conditioning:** Sprint repeats and core strength work to ensure you survive a full 90-minute match. * **Competitive Scrimmages:** Regular 7v7 and 5v5 matches where we observe how you handle pressure. This is how we produced players currently competing in the BDFA 'A' Division. We hold internal trials to assess your readiness, and if you have the discipline, you get the chance to represent FSK in official state and national leagues. This is a high-commitment program, so come prepared to train six days a week. ## About FSK I run FSK like a football family, but the training is all business. My job is to take your raw talent and turn it into the kind of discipline that league scouts look for. If you’re ready to put in the work, I’m ready to push you.
