Every session is structured around ball mastery drills like tick-tocks and cone dribbling to build muscle memory early. Our coaches are loud and direct because when you are 7, discipline is just as important as kicking the ball straight. You will see the players running constantly, with no standing around and no waiting for turns. ### Why FSK for Grassroots Development? Football at age 5 is about building the right habits. Most academies let kids run around aimlessly, but that creates bad form. At FSK, we teach the basics of spatial awareness, ball control, and passing technique from day one. If a player learns to strike the ball with the inside of the foot instead of their toe, they are already ahead of the curve. ### Our 'No-Nonsense' Philosophy We train in enclosed turf nets, which keeps the ball in play and forces kids to move faster. Our coaches are not babysitters. We correct mistakes on the spot. If a kid is slacking, they will be called out. This isn't meant to be harsh; it is how they learn to respect the game. When they get a 'Very good' from us, they have earned it. ### What You Can Expect Our grassroots program runs on weekends and focuses on: - **Ball Mastery:** Tick-tock drills, sole rolls, and close control to keep the ball glued to their feet. - **Discipline:** Learning to listen, moving without the ball, and understanding ground etiquette. - **Competitive Exposure:** We don't just keep them in the academy. We organize internal tournaments so they learn how to play under pressure while they are still young. Whether your child is shy or energetic, we meet them where they are and push them to be better athletes. It is hard work, but it pays off when they find their rhythm on the pitch. ## About FSK We are the Football School of Karnataka, and we treat football like a craft. We aren't here to coddle players; we push them to move faster and think smarter. If you are ready to put in the work and sweat for it, you will find your home here.
