We maintain a strict 1:15 coach-to-student ratio across all our Mumbai and Pune centers, ensuring every player receives direct technical feedback and correction during every drill. Building an elite athlete requires more than just field time. At FSI, we focus on a long-term development pathway that starts at the grassroots level and progresses into competitive squad play. Our training methodology is rooted in AIFF and AFC licensing standards, which means your child isn't just playing; they are learning the mechanics of the game. ### Our Training Pillars * **Technical Proficiency:** Every drill is intentional. We focus on ball mastery, dribbling, and close control to build confidence on the ball. Our sessions utilize age-appropriate equipment to ensure skill-building is safe and effective. * **Tactical Awareness:** Football is a game of decision-making. We teach players how to read the pitch, understand off-the-ball movement, and execute tactical presses. This is where the transition from 'playing a game' to 'understanding the sport' happens. * **Physical Conditioning:** We balance agility, speed, and endurance training with dynamic warm-ups to prevent injury. Our regime ensures that players are physically prepared for the demands of league matches. ### From Grassroots to Competitive We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Our Grassroots Foundation Program builds the fundamentals for ages 5-10, while our Competitive Elite Squad (U11-U18) is designed for those ready to play in MFA, WIFA, and AIFF leagues. Whether you are training at our Andheri, Vashi, or Tathawade facilities, the commitment remains the same: we provide the structure, you bring the heart. ## About Football School of India At Football School of India, we treat every session as a building block for a future career. We are a family that lives for the game, committed to guiding young players from their first grassroots touch to competitive match performance.
