Our 1:15 coach-to-student ratio allows our AIFF and AFC licensed coaches to focus on the individual tactical decisions that make the difference between a good player and a game-changer. Winning isn't a shortcut; it's a byproduct of the right process. At Football School of India, we structure our competitive path to mirror real-world league demands. Whether it is our U8 grassroots squads or our U17/U18 competitive teams, every player follows a curriculum designed for progress, not just participation. ### The Pathway to Winning Our training isn't just about fun, though we prioritize that for our youngest players. For our elite squads, we focus on: * **Game Intelligence:** Analyzing off-the-ball movement and decision-making under pressure. * **Technical Conditioning:** Mastering ball control through repetition and match simulations. * **Competitive Exposure:** We participate in top-tier youth football leagues including the MFA (Mumbai Football Association) and TFA (Thane Football Association), ensuring our players gain experience in high-stakes environments. ### Why Our Approach Works Many academies focus on the team result. We focus on the individual's growth within the team. By keeping our batches small and our coach-to-player ratio at 1:15, we ensure your child isn't lost in the crowd. Our licensed coaches track progress, offering feedback on fitness, speed, and tactical awareness. This is why we see consistent success across both our boys' and girls' competitive squads—from clean sheets in the Super Division to lifting league trophies in Goa and Mumbai. If you are looking for more than just a place to kick a ball, and want a structured, disciplined environment where your child learns how to compete, win, and grow, we are ready to take them on that journey. ## About Football School of India At Football School of India, we treat every session like it's a match day. We are a family that pushes each other to get better, whether we're teaching a five-year-old their first touch or prepping an U18 squad for league finals.
