We maintain a strict 1:15 coach-to-player ratio with AFC and AIFF licensed staff to ensure every player, from our U13s to our U17s, receives the technical and tactical feedback required to compete at a high level. ### From Grassroots to League Competition At FSI, we believe that development happens on the pitch during high-pressure moments. Our girls' football program is designed to take players from their first session to competitive squads. We don't just teach the basics; we simulate match conditions, analyze off-the-ball movement, and focus on game intelligence. ### The FSI Pathway Our U13, U15, and U17 girls compete in prestigious tournaments, including the Mumbai Football Association (MFA) Women's League, Thane Women’s League, and Reliance Youth League. This exposure gives our players the chance to test their skills against top-tier opposition, helping them build the grit and confidence needed to succeed in competitive sports. ### Quality Coaching & Locations Every session is led by AIFF or AFC licensed coaches who specialize in youth development. We run batches in multiple locations, including Andheri West (Celebrations Sports Club), Vashi (Fr. Agnel Astroturf), Nerul, and Pune (Tathawade). We prioritize a growth-oriented environment. Whether you are starting with our Grassroots Foundation Program or pushing for a spot in our Competitive Elite Squad, you will get the same level of attention. We focus on discipline, teamwork, and resilience—values that help our girls win on the field and grow as individuals off it. ## About Football School of India We treat football as more than just a game; it is a culture. At FSI, we focus on building a family where every girl gets the platform to sharpen her skills, compete in top leagues, and grow her confidence alongside teammates who support her every step of the way.
