We don't just shout instructions from the sidelines; we stop the drill, show you the technique, and make sure you understand why it works. Whether you are working on possession play or mastering tactical positioning, you get direct, hands-on guidance every single time you step on the turf. ### Mentorship Over Just Training We believe that coaching is about more than just setting up cones and blowing a whistle. Our coaches are AIFF-licensed professionals who view themselves as mentors first and trainers second. We know that every player, from a 4-year-old taking their first touches to a teenager prepping for competitive play, learns differently. ### The FANM Coaching Philosophy Our team—including Coach Shubham Ojha, Coach Rahul Umesh Prasad, Coach Ashutosh Chatterjee, and Coach Abhinay Singh—shares a singular focus: nurturing talent through positive reinforcement and technical discipline. * **Shubham Ojha:** Focuses on possession-based play and building a resilient, winning mindset. * **Rahul Umesh Prasad:** Specializes in the grassroots level, ensuring kids fall in love with the game while building essential motor skills. * **Ashutosh Chatterjee:** Emphasizes tactical flexibility and quick ball movement, inspired by European giants like Manchester United and Real Madrid. * **Abhinay Singh:** Dedicated to developing homegrown talent with a style inspired by FC Barcelona. ### Why Our Approach Works We train across Navi Mumbai—from Nerul Gymkhana to Koparkhairne—and our methodology remains the same everywhere. We prioritize the 'why' behind every drill. If you are struggling with your shooting or first touch, we pause the action. We demonstrate the proper stance, explain the foot placement, and let you try again. This builds the confidence needed to play smarter, not just harder. We are here to support your journey, help you fix those bad habits, and make sure you leave every session a better player than when you arrived. ## About FANM We’re a bunch of football-obsessed folks from Navi Mumbai who wanted to build more than just a training academy. We’re a family, and our coaches are the heart of that—they’re here to help you grow, laugh, and push your limits every single day.
