## About Game On: Match Scenarios & Tactics

You have finished your drills, but the real test happens on the pitch. My match-scenario sessions move past repetitive practice to simulate competitive game situations. You will learn how to shield the ball, make quick decisions under pressure, and read your opponent's movement, all while receiving immediate feedback from an AIFF-certified coach who helps you refine your tactical choices as they happen.

Football is not just about having a great touch; it is about knowing when to pass, when to dribble, and where to position yourself when you do not have the ball. My 'Game On' sessions focus on bridging the gap between training cones and competitive play. Whether we are running 5v5 scrimmages or 7v7 matches at venues like Nerul Gymkhana, the goal remains the same: building game intelligence.

We prioritize tactical smarts alongside physical conditioning. Players engage in 70% gameplay and 30% drill scenarios, allowing them to apply lessons from the training ground directly to the field. This constant exposure to match intensity sharpens your ability to track runs, maintain defensive shape, and exploit gaps in the opposition.

If you are struggling with spatial awareness or feeling overwhelmed in crowded spaces, these sessions are designed to slow the game down for you. You will gain the confidence to lead, communicate with teammates, and trust your instincts. It is where you move from just playing the game to truly understanding it.

I am Dilip, representing the FANM team alongside Armaan and Tejas. We started this because we wanted a football family in Navi Mumbai where players of all ages can grow. We prioritize being mentors first and trainers second, ensuring every player gets the individual attention they need.
