She highlights the personal attention each child receives and the focus on player progression, which she feels is unmatched in the area.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/00790076-e8e9-45f2-ba57-a18029a90970) ## About From the Sidelines: Parent & Player Reviews Parents travel from Vashi to our centers because we do not believe in one-size-fits-all coaching. We prioritize individual progression over strict age-based grouping, meaning if a child is ready for a challenge, we move them up to ensure they are always growing. ### Our Coaching Philosophy At FANM, we believe champions are made, not born. We hear this from parents constantly: their kids start hesitant and end up confident. Whether it is improving a first touch or learning how to play as a striker, our AIFF-licensed coaches focus on the player, not just the drills. ### The 'Family First' Experience It is about more than just football. We see parents join in for drills, and we see friendships forming on the pitch. When a parent mentions they travel from Vashi, choosing us over local options in Nerul or Koparkhairne, it tells us that our focus on personal attention and genuine mentorship is working. We do not just teach the sport, we teach a winning mindset. ### What Parents Notice * **Confidence Boost:** Parents frequently tell us that their children have become more confident off the pitch as well. * **Skill Focus:** We track progress. If a player like Swastik excels, we nurture that. If a player needs help, we pause the drill and correct the technique. * **Community:** We are not just an academy. We are a group of football-crazy folks who love the game and love seeing our students improve. ## About FANM We are just a bunch of football-crazy folks from Navi Mumbai. Whether your kid is 4 or 17, our AIFF-licensed team makes sure they do not just learn to kick a ball, they learn to love the game.
