We do not just keep players stuck in an age-grouped box. If a child shows they are ready for higher-paced drills or a more competitive environment, we push them to that next level regardless of what the calendar says. It is about personal growth, not just following a standard curriculum. ### Why Parents Choose FANM When you see a kid go from hesitant dribbling to confident play, that is the goal. Our reviews consistently mention the individual attention our coaches provide. We believe in building a connection first, which is why parents feel comfortable letting their kids train with us across our centers in Nerul, Koparkhairne, Ghansoli, and Kalamboli. ### The 'Family' Difference We are not just a drill-heavy academy. Our parents frequently mention the supportive environment. Whether it is our Parent-Child football days or our 6-a-side tournaments, we want everyone to feel like part of the team. * **Transparent Coaching:** We keep parents in the loop. You will see coaches correcting techniques in real-time, not just standing on the sidelines. * **Flexibility:** We recognize that every player develops at a different pace. Our batch management allows for movement between groups based on capability rather than just age. * **Community Vibe:** We are local to Navi Mumbai. Our coaches are part of the neighborhood, and our events like the FANM Super Cup are designed to bring the community together, not just the players. ### Your Questions, Answered **Do parents need to stay for the session?** While you are welcome to watch, many parents use the time to catch up with other families or simply enjoy the match. Our staff is fully licensed and ensures safety is the priority. **Can adults join?** Absolutely. We have recreational sessions designed for parents who want to get some exercise and learn the game alongside their kids. If you have been wondering if our academy is the right fit for your child, reading these experiences from other parents in Navi Mumbai should give you a good look at how we operate. We are here to help your child find their passion for football. ## About FANM We are just a bunch of football-crazy folks, including Dilip, Armaan, and Tejas, trying to build more than just a coaching class. We are here to build a football family where tiny kids take their first steps and parents get involved in the fun.
