## About Our Team: The Mentors Behind the Magic

You won't find generic drills here. Our coaching team meets regularly to analyze each child's game, using video feedback to refine their technique—whether it's correcting a dribbling stance or adjusting body strength in 1-on-1 situations. We don't just instruct; we strategize for your child's specific growth.

At FAB, we know that the field is a classroom. Our academy was founded on a simple realization: when I played internationally, I saw the gap between Indian coaching and global systems. I brought that experience back to create a team that thinks differently.

Every coach here shares the 'Create Chaos' methodology. We don't just line kids up for laps. We replicate match pressure. We teach them to read the game, not just follow a script. This means your child is being mentored by someone who understands that football intelligence is more important than raw speed.

Whether it’s 1-on-1 personal coaching or small group pods, our mentors are trained to switch between being a demanding coach and a supportive guide. We are constantly upgrading our own skills through workshops to ensure we are teaching the modern game. It’s not about teaching a kid to kick a ball; it’s about mentoring them to understand why and when to kick it. We are here to ensure your child learns, fights, and wins the right way.

## About FAB Football Academy

I’m Disha, and I started this academy because I wanted our kids to have the training I had to travel abroad for. I’ve handpicked a team that shares my passion—coaches who care as much about your child’s character as their step-overs. We aren't just teaching football; we're building the future, one session at a time.
