Bringing global flavours to an Indian wedding or corporate event requires more than just a recipe book. It is about the 'Tokyo Yard' vibe, the smell of a wood-fired pizza oven, and the correct texture of a Thai curry. My approach to international catering is to treat these dishes with the same respect as our traditional Indian mains. When we do Italian, we aren't just boiling pasta.
