I assemble every basket fresh in my South Delhi kitchen, balancing my signature Chaska Papdi with fresh-made sweets like Besan Ladoo or Gujiya. Whether you need five boxes or fifty, I pack them by hand, ensuring the freshness lasts without any added preservatives. ### How I Build Your Hampers I treat gifting the same way I treat cooking for my family. My hampers aren't about fancy packaging that hides average food. They are about the combination of traditional mithai and savory snacks that people actually love to eat. ### What Goes Inside * **Traditional Sweets:** My Besan Ladoo, Atta Ladoo, and festival specials like Gujiya or Panjiri are made with 100% pure desi ghee. No maida, no palm oil. * **Crunchy Savories:** You can include my Chaska Papdi, Whole Wheat Mathri, or roasted snacks like Makhana. Everything is made in cold-pressed oils or ghee. * **Customization:** Want a mix of sweet and savory for a baby shower? Looking for corporate Diwali gifting with your company logo? I can tailor the contents and the basket size to fit your budget and preference. ### Quality Assurance Every hamper is packed in airtight, food-grade containers or sealed pouches to ensure safety during travel. Because I prepare everything in small, fresh batches, please let me know your requirements a few days in advance so I can ensure everything is ready for your special day. Whether it's for Raksha Bandhan, Teej, Holi, or a simple housewarming, I focus on the taste and the purity so you can focus on the celebration. ## About Food Affaire I am the heart behind Food Affaire, where cooking is more than a job—it is sharing my family’s recipes. Every hamper I pack is filled with the same love I put into meals for my own kids, made with pure desi ghee and absolutely no shortcuts.
