My clients consistently choose Food Affaire for everything from travel-friendly snacks to festive spreads because they know everything is made with 100% pure desi ghee and absolutely zero preservatives, just like the food you would make in your own home kitchen. ### The Trust Behind Every Meal When you read these reviews, you will see a common theme: consistency. Whether it is the crunch of my matar kachori or the warmth of my seasonal laddoos, my clients value the fact that I do not take shortcuts. Being FSSAI certified means my hygiene standards are as high as my taste standards. ### Why Families Choose Us * **Travel Comfort:** Many of my regulars rely on my vacuum-sealed theplas and dry snacks for long journeys to the US or the UK, or even trekking trips. They carry a bit of home with them. * **Festive Reliability:** From Navratri fasting thalis to Diwali hampers and daily lunch meals, my clients trust that I use permitted ingredients like sendha namak and maintain a strict no-onion, no-garlic policy when required. * **Personal Connection:** I believe in transparency. If you want to know what goes into your food, you can ask. I treat every order as if it were for my own family, which is why I am always happy to customize menus for specific health requirements or dietary needs. If you have a special event coming up, or just crave a meal that does not feel like it came from a factory, let us talk. ## About Food Affaire Namaskar, I am the voice behind Food Affaire. I cook from my kitchen in South Extension just like I do for my own family, focusing on pure desi ghee and saatvik ingredients.
