We use a custom, lightweight soil mix blended with cocopeat, vermicompost, and neem cake specifically engineered for terrace safety, ensuring your plants thrive while protecting your building structure. ### Bringing Nature to City Spaces We believe that every balcony, terrace, or rooftop has the potential to be a personal oasis. Whether you have a sunny high-rise balcony or a shaded ground-floor patio, our approach focuses on biophilic design that suits your specific light conditions and lifestyle. ### The Real vs. Artificial Balance Not every space can handle live plants. If your area gets harsh, direct sunlight all day or if you prefer a 'set it and forget it' aesthetic, we often recommend a hybrid approach. We use UV-resistant artificial foliage for vertical walls and high-heat spots, mixing them with live potted plants like Sansevieria, Monsteras, or Areca Palms at eye level to keep the space looking organic and fresh without the constant maintenance stress. ### Our Execution Process 1. **Site Assessment:** We start with a site visit to check light patterns, drainage access, and space limitations. 2. **Custom Design:** We map out your layout. For terraces, we focus on 'Urban Jungle' clustering, grouping plants by height and leaf texture to create depth. 3. **Hardscape & Installation:** From installing high-density artificial turf and WPC deck tiles to mounting rust-proof frames for vertical green walls, we handle the technical installation. We ensure proper waterproofing and drainage channels for live plant systems so your walls and floors stay protected. 4. **Handover:** We don't just leave you with a bunch of pots. We provide guidance on how to care for your new space, and for those who want complete peace of mind, our Monthly Maintenance (AMC) team is available to handle the pruning, pest control, and fertilizing. ## About Foliage Society We're the team behind some of the greenest rooftops and balconies in Delhi NCR.
