My coaching method breaks down complex movements into simple, actionable drills—like mastering hip-driven flutter kicks or perfecting the freestyle catch phase—until the technique becomes muscle memory. When you see our students holding their awards, you are seeing the result of consistent work on stroke correction and lung capacity, not luck. Success in the pool requires more than just showing up. Whether you are training for a competitive 50m backstroke event or looking to clear your first water safety level, the principles remain the same. ### The FMA Training Philosophy We treat every student like an athlete. For our younger swimmers and adults in our competitive squad, training is built on three pillars: 1. **Technical Foundation:** We don't just teach you to stay afloat. We focus on stroke mechanics—improving your glide, perfecting the catch-pull phase, and ensuring efficient breathing. 2. **Mental Toughness:** As I always say, the heart is where the win happens. We work on race turns, diving starts, and endurance sets that build the grit needed to compete at the district or state level. 3. **Community Support:** Swimming is often a solitary sport, but at FMA, we thrive on shared energy. You will often find our senior swimmers cheering for the kids, creating an environment where everyone feels motivated to break their personal bests. ### Why Our Students Win We use video analysis to correct posture and real-time feedback during sessions to tweak your dolphin kicks or tumble turns. If you are aiming for that certificate or that medal, our coaches get in the water with you to physically guide the movement. It is this hands-on approach that separates a casual swimmer from a champion. If you are ready to stop just swimming and start training to win, come join a batch at our Gurugram facility. We are here to push you past your limits. ## About FMA Swimming Institute I am Aryaveer Kumar, also known as Fashion Model Arya.
