Every session at our Gurugram facility is measured against specific athlete benchmarks, ensuring that training time spent in the water is backed by sports science protocols rather than guesswork. ### Building the Modern Athlete At Flying Fish Swimming Academy, we move beyond standard lap swimming. Our programs are structured to support the long-term athlete development pathway, meaning we focus on physical preparation, recovery, and cognitive development alongside in-pool technique. ### Integrating Sports Science We collaborate directly with the Manav Rachna Sports Science Centre to provide an environment where swimmers are treated as high-performance athletes. Our training includes: * **Biomechanics:** Precise stroke correction using video analysis. * **Strength & Conditioning:** Dry-land sessions that prioritize core stability and explosive power. * **Injury Management:** Proactive physiotherapy and recovery sessions, including cryotherapy, to keep swimmers race-ready. ### The Pathway to Competition Our coaching framework is built for consistency. Whether an athlete is preparing for their first district meet or aiming for higher-level competitive swimming coaching, we provide the technical support and structured environment required. We maintain a small student-to-coach ratio to ensure each swimmer receives the attention necessary to refine their mechanics and maintain form under fatigue. By prioritizing this athlete development pathway, we ensure that every student who trains with us is building a foundation for sustainable success, not just short-term results. ## About Flying Fish Swimming Academy We are a team of coaches and sports scientists based in Gurugram, driven by a singular goal to help swimmers train smarter. We focus on the science behind the stroke to make sure you spend your time effectively and safely.
