You are part of the team. I am right there spotting your handstand, correcting your form, and shouting *joragi barabeku*—come with force—because progress only happens when you put in the real effort. We keep our groups small so every person gets the personal guidance they need to actually land that move, not just try it. ### Training with a Family At our academy, we believe that fitness should be fun, energetic, and shared. Whether you are a toddler learning to tumble or an actor preparing for a stunt scene, the environment is the same. We have built our community on the idea that success is a team effort. You will see advanced students helping beginners, and everyone cheering when someone finally lands their first backflip. ### Our Training Locations We operate out of dedicated, high-ceiling warehouse facilities in RR Nagar and Banashankari 3rd Stage. These are not standard gyms. We have designed them for action, with matted floors for safe landings, crash pads for stunt practice, and ceiling rigs for wire-work conditioning. ### The Sensei Approach I am Ramesh, but my students call me Sensei. My coaching style is direct and hands-on. If I see you hesitating, I will tell you to let it go—*hogli hogli*. We focus on three core things: * **Personal Spotting:** Every gymnastic move is practiced with a coach present to ensure safety. * **Structured Progress:** We move from foundation work to advanced choreography, ensuring you have the strength before you try the stunt. * **Celebration:** We document wins, record showreels, and make sure that effort is acknowledged. If you are looking for a place where you are just a number, this is not it.
