Sahiba started this place because, honestly, everyone’s always rushing and forgetting their own body and voice. We wanted a spot where you just show up, no judgement, learn something new, maybe dance, maybe just stretch, meet people. We used to be stubborn about only doing in-person stuff - Bangalore traffic ruined that! So now, online too. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about finding your own superpower, and we’re just holding space for you. ### My work - **Classes for All Ages**: We teach contemporary dance, aerial yoga, mat pilates, movement therapy, creative writing, and more. Online and in-person. - **Core Strength Focus**: Everything starts with the core here.
