We use carpet-bonded foam flooring and manual spotting on our Vinex equipment, which means we focus entirely on hands-on coaching and safe skill progression, keeping our sessions real and accessible for everyone. ### Our Training Environment We built our gym to be a space where anyone can feel comfortable trying new moves, whether you are four or forty. Because we operate as a semi-outdoor facility in Banashankari, we rely on high metal roofing and consistent airflow from wall-mounted fans rather than central air conditioning. This makes our training sessions feel airy and open, perfect for the high energy of our classes. ### Safety and Equipment Safety is non-negotiable here. While we do not use an in-ground foam pit, we compensate with specialized carpet-bonded foam flooring and thick modular crash mats. Our coaches are always hands-on, providing the manual spotting required to learn flips, handstands, and cartwheels without the fear of falling. We utilize professional-grade Vinex brand equipment, including low-height balance beams, bars, and vaulting horses, specifically chosen to help beginners build confidence. ### More Than a Gym We are more than just a place to practice gymnastics. We are a community. You will often see us celebrating local festivals like Deepavali or Ayudha Pooja, decorating the mats, and sharing sweets with our students. We believe that celebrating these moments together builds the trust and comfort needed for kids to push their limits on the floor. When you join our camp or classes, you are not just signing up for 12 sessions; you are joining a group that cheers for every new skill mastered, from the first forward roll to the most challenging aerial. ## About Flipgym We are Flipgym, and we believe gymnastics is for everyone, regardless of your starting point.
