If you are coming in for a yoga or dance session, please keep in mind that the floor can get a bit slippery if you are only wearing socks, so we highly recommend bringing proper grip footwear for your workout. ### Our Space We built Flex Studio to be more than just a rental. It is a 350 sq. ft. creative den designed for instructors and students alike. The hall features wall-to-wall mirrors, dark green accent walls, and a pink neon sign that gives the room an instant energetic vibe. It is fully air-conditioned with extra wall-mounted fans, so even high-intensity Zumba or HIIT sessions stay comfortable. ### For Instructors & Hosts If you are running a workshop, you do not need to worry about the logistics. We have a portable whiteboard ready for your instruction and access to gear like yoga mats, dumbbells, and agility ladders. For those looking to film their classes or create social media content, we provide portable RGB light wands that allow you to change the room's mood from professional white light to red, blue, or pink themes. The tower speaker system offers heavy bass for high-energy routines, ensuring the vibe stays high from start to finish. ### Location & Practical Info We are located in Sector 41, Noida, making us accessible for groups across the city. We have a shared changing area so your participants can arrive ready to move. We operate on a 'trust the process' philosophy, so we keep our rental structure flexible. Whether you need a consistent weekly slot for your yoga batches or a one-off weekend space for a Bollywood dance workshop, we can accommodate your requirements. The studio space is usually in high demand, so we recommend reaching out a bit early to lock in your preferred time. ## About Flex Studio We are Ajay and Shivangi, and we built Flex Studio from scratch because we wanted a place where art and fitness actually feel like fun. Whether you are teaching a yoga batch or filming a dance reel, we keep the energy high and the studio ready for you.
