We combine 40 minutes of high-energy Bollywood or Jazz Funk choreography with 20 minutes of agility games using ladders and cones. It’s designed to burn that extra energy, build coordination, and make sure your kid leaves with a smile and a "Mom, I did it!" moment, not a lecture. We believe every kid has their own swag, and our weekend batch in Sector 41, Noida, is where it shows up. If your child loves to move, laugh, and just let loose, this is the spot. We mix dance and fitness, so it’s not just about learning steps; it is about building confidence and making friends. ### What Actually Happens We start with lively warm-ups and safe stretches to keep everyone injury-free. Then, we break down routines to songs they actually like. The fitness drills sneak in through games and obstacles, so kids stay active without feeling like they’re in a boring gym class. It’s high energy, big smiles, and a lot of "arre yaar, I did it" moments. ### The Logistics - **Timings:** Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 PM to 01:00 PM. - **Studio Specs:** We use shock-absorbent wooden flooring to protect joints and keep the environment fully air-conditioned with neon aesthetic lighting. - **Batch Size:** We cap our groups at 10 to 15 students to ensure every child gets enough attention on their posture and form. - **Pricing:** Flexible monthly passes available for 4 or 8 sessions. Whether your child jumps around or nails the choreography perfectly, they’ll always walk out happier and a little sweatier. ## About Flex Studio We are Ajay and Shivangi.
