## About Enchanting Receptions & Outdoor Dining

What transforms a standard lawn into a reception experience is how we layer light and height. We do not just hang a few bulbs; we construct full-scale fairy light ceilings and build structures, such as our signature bougainvillea-covered arches, that physically define the dining space so even a sprawling venue feels intimate and anchored.

At Fleuron & Co., we approach reception decor as a complete environmental shift. Your ceremony is often structured and traditional, so we use the reception to introduce a transition—moving from rituals to celebration.

### Our Approach to Atmospheric Dining
When we plan an outdoor reception, we look at the venue’s natural features first. At locations like Jade Banquets, we use existing trees and lawn layouts to dictate the flow of the dinner. We don't just place tables; we create zones. A cluster of tables needs a visual anchor, which is why we often use overhead floral installations or dense fairy light canopies to create a 'ceiling' outdoors. This makes the space feel contained and romantic rather than exposed.

### Materials and Texture
We focus on tactile elements that look good under evening spotlights. You will find us using organic materials like rustic wood slices for centerpieces, brass diyas for lighting, and terracotta vases to bring an earthy, authentic feel to the tables. For more formal, high-glamour evenings, we pivot to glass and mirror finishes, but we always balance this with soft florals to ensure the space retains its warmth.

### Practical Considerations
Outdoor events are beautiful but unpredictable. We plan for the logistics that aren't visible in photos: power backup for heavy lighting, wind-resistant floral arrangements, and how the light hits the stage during the transition from sunset to night. Whether you are hosting a garden reception in Alibaug or a terrace event in Mumbai, our goal is to build a setup that stands up to the elements while staying true to your vision.

## About Fleuron & Co.

At Fleuron & Co., we view reception decor as the final act of your wedding story. We are a design and production house established in 1972, and we believe that after the ceremony, your guests should walk into an environment that feels entirely yours, whether that is a garden dinner in Alibaug or a high-glamour evening at a Mumbai banquet.
