It is not just about the stage; it is about how the ceiling draping, hanging crystal chandeliers, and ambient lighting work together to change the mood of your venue. Whether you are hosting a formal reception in a banquet hall or an outdoor Sangeet on a lawn, we balance the light so your photographs look clear and the dance floor energy stays high. ### Managing the Night Atmosphere Planning an evening event requires managing the darkness. You need more than just a static setup; you need an atmosphere that evolves as the night progresses. We specialize in using intelligent lighting consoles to transition from a sophisticated dinner reception into a high-energy dance party. ### Our Approach to Evening Decor * **Lighting Design:** We use a mix of warm fairy lights for romance, par cans for color washing, and moving heads for the dance floor to ensure the lighting matches the tempo of your event. * **Ceiling & Texture:** Often, the ceiling is ignored. We use fabric draping, crystal strings, or hanging floral installations to bring the venue height down and make large banquet halls feel intimate. * **Floral Choices:** For evening setups, we recommend white and ivory florals paired with mirrors or metallic accents. They reflect the light better than darker colors, adding a subtle glow to your stage and table centerpieces. ### Planning Your Setup For a smooth experience, we recommend booking your decor at least 3-4 months in advance, especially for the peak wedding season. This allows us to source the right props—whether you need specific crystal chandeliers or a custom-built dance floor—and coordinate site visits with your venue to ensure our trussing and lighting installations fit perfectly. If you have a specific theme in mind, like a Sufi night or a retro disco vibe, let us know early so we can customize the props to match. ## About Fleur & Decor At Fleur & Decor, we focus on making your evening feel like you, whether that means classic elegance or full-on party energy.
