For your Haldi or Mehndi, I look at the space and bring in elements that actually feel like you. Whether it’s a classic South Indian vibe with banana leaves and matkas, or a funky poolside setup with flamingo props and neon signs, I make sure the decor has that 'kya baat hai' factor. It is about creating a vibe that is fun, not just a static backdrop. When I plan a Mehndi or Haldi ceremony in Delhi, I want the atmosphere to be as lively as the music. My approach is to move away from generic banquet hall designs and lean into themes that tell a story. If you are leaning towards a traditional Teej festival, I use kathputli puppets, marigold-heavy jhoolas, and rich Rajasthani textiles to ground the space in culture. For more modern, 'hatke' (offbeat) events, I experiment with textures. Think boho-chic with pampas grass and macrame for a sundowner, or tropical energy with monstera leaves and neon signs for a poolside Mehndi. The goal is always to balance the 'wow' factor with comfort. I handle the full setup, from the ceiling draping to the smallest centerpiece details. Whether you are hosting at a farmhouse in Chhatarpur or a cozy terrace in your own home, I work with your venue's footprint rather than against it. Let’s talk about whether you want a classic floral wall, a rustic seating area, or something completely experimental for your next celebration. ## About Fleur & Decor I’m Pankaj, and for me, decor is about 'Light, camera and Flowers!'. I love the energy of Mehndi and Haldi because it is where the party truly begins. Whether it’s a vibrant Teej setup or a chill bohemian afternoon, I’m obsessed with getting every floral detail just right.
