I keep these batches intentionally small, so whether you are a dancer, a yoga teacher, or just curious, you get the one-on-one feedback you need rather than just watching a screen. ### The Fletcher Difference Unlike standard Pilates certifications, this program is rooted in the Fletcher lineage—a method that evolved directly from the work of Joseph and Clara Pilates, refined by Ron Fletcher. It goes beyond a basic routine. You will master the 32 Matwork exercises across three levels, learn Percussive Breathing techniques, and study Fletcher Fundamentals. This is about precision, anatomy, and how your body actually moves. ### Who Should Join? This training is for anyone who wants to go deeper. Whether you are already teaching yoga, dance, or fitness, or you are a student who wants to understand your own body, this course provides the framework to teach with confidence. You get the flexibility of virtual theory modules, but we bring the practice to life during mandatory in-person intensives in Bengaluru.
