We break down the technical grace of semi-classical forms but keep the energy loose and Bollywood-ready. You won't just memorize steps; I help you focus on *abhinaya* (expressions) so you actually feel the story of the song while you dance. My fusion style is for anyone who wants the elegance of classical dance without the intimidating pressure. We mix the storytelling depth of semi-classical movements with the catchy rhythm of modern Bollywood tracks. ### What you will learn: * **Grace & Posture:** We focus on body isolation and hand gestures (mudras) that bring a story to life. * **Expressiveness:** I prioritize *abhinaya*—telling a story with your eyes and face, which is the heart of traditional Indian dance. * **Stamina:** Don't worry, this isn't just slow-motion movement. We build your core strength, so you can pull off those twirls with confidence. Whether you're prepping for a sangeet, an office cultural event, or just want to feel graceful in a saree for a video, this fusion training is perfect. My classes in Delhi and Gurgaon are designed for beginners and intermediates who want to express themselves freely. We keep it real—sometimes that means perfecting a single *ada* (expression) for ten minutes, and other times it's just about feeling the flow of a beautiful song. ## About Nitika Bhardwaj I'm Nitika.
