For every song we work on, I record a reference video of the routine at the end of our studio session in Sector 47, Noida. You take this video home, watch it at your own speed, and practice when you feel comfortable. This removes the pressure to perfect every move during our limited class time, which is exactly why my students feel relaxed rather than stressed on their big day. Learning to dance for a wedding or event should be a highlight, not a source of anxiety. Whether you are a bride, groom, or a family member, I treat our rehearsals as a space for 'masti' rather than a rigid training camp. ### Why my approach works Most people who come to me say, 'Prem, I have two left feet.' I love that, because that is where the real fun begins. I break down beats into simple movements, focusing on your comfort zone first. We mix high-energy Bollywood tracks with smooth transitions so that even if you miss a beat, you can pick it up immediately. ### What happens in a session * **Building Confidence:** We start with basic footwork that matches your natural rhythm. * **Music Selection:** We pick tracks that suit your vibe, not just what is currently trending. * **Technical Run-through:** For wedding packages, I perform a final tech check to ensure the choreography works with the stage dimensions at your venue. I offer flexibility for how we learn. We can meet at my studio in Noida for one-on-one sessions, or we can coordinate online training if travel is difficult. The focus remains consistent: creating a routine that looks great, feels easy to perform, and allows you to enjoy your event without constantly worrying about whether you are doing the steps 'right'. ## About FitFusion I’m Prem, and I truly believe that if you can walk, you can dance. My goal is to make sure your rehearsal time feels more like a hangout session with friends than a strict class. I’m here to make sure you step onto that stage with a smile, not nerves.
