Every 60-minute session includes 15 minutes of dedicated yoga and flexibility training to help kids build real strength and posture. Our studio in Sector 47 is fully air-conditioned with professional wooden flooring to keep little feet safe while they learn to groove. ### Our Approach to Dance I teach because I love seeing kids find their rhythm. My classes are structured to ensure that no child feels the pressure to be perfect from day one. We take it 'itne pyaar se' (with so much love), focusing on Bollywood and Freestyle fundamentals. ### How We Learn Each student learns one complete song choreography over the course of 3 to 4 classes. This ensures they don't just mimic moves but actually understand the timing, beat, and transitions. * **Age-Specific Batches:** We keep 4-7 year olds and 8-13 year olds in separate groups. This lets us match the learning pace to their energy levels. * **Yoga for Dancers:** We believe dance and yoga go hand in hand. Every class ends with flexibility drills to help with splits and posture, ensuring kids stay agile. * **Progress Tracking:** You won't just see them practice. At the end of every month, we record a professional-style video of the group's choreography so you can see their progress and share it with family. ### Studio Specs We train in a fully air-conditioned space in Sector 47, Noida. The floors are professional laminate wooden flooring, which provides the necessary grip and safety for active dancing and floor work. We keep the class sizes managed so every student gets attention, whether they are shy beginners or energetic performers. ## About FitFusion I'm Prem.
