This approach turns every class into a challenge they look forward to, building their focus and discipline without it ever feeling like a chore. At Fit and Fight in Mira Road, we believe that martial arts is about more than just technique. We operate out of a safe space at the Asmita Club, using 25mm interlocking EVA foam mats to ensure that every student can practice their kicks and tumbling safely. Whether your child is naturally shy or full of energy, we provide a welcoming environment where they can learn at their own pace. ### How We Train Your Kids We move beyond standard drills to keep things lively: * **Agility and Fitness:** We use cones, ladders, and Tabata-style warmups to improve speed and coordination. * **Technique:** We cover fundamental stances, blocks, and line-work punching that build a strong base. * **Confidence Building:** Through board breaking and pad work, kids get immediate, tangible proof of their progress, which does wonders for their self-esteem. ### Why Choose Us We do not push kids too hard or make empty promises. Instead, we focus on consistency. We teach them how to protect themselves, how to stand tall, and how to work well with others. By keeping our groups focused, we ensure each child gets enough attention to learn correctly while still enjoying the camaraderie of the team.
