Whether it is refining your footwork for Kyorugi sparring or perfecting your stances for Poomsae, our training at Asmita Club focuses on the small technical details that win matches. We use video analysis and dedicated mitt-work to ensure you are not just throwing kicks, but executing a strategy designed for the ring. Tournament success is a journey, not a shortcut. At Fit and Fight, we prepare our students for every level of competition—from the CISCE Taekwondo Championship and Bandra Taekwondo Festival to international stages like the Thailand Open. ### How We Prepare You Our competitive pipeline is built on three pillars: * **Technique Mastery:** We break down Olympic-style sparring and traditional forms until every motion is instinctual. You will drill until your defense is as strong as your attack. * **Athlete Conditioning:** We do not just practice kicks. Our sessions integrate Tabata, HIIT circuits, and agility ladder work to build the stamina needed to survive and thrive in high-stakes matches. * **Strategy & Analytics:** For those aiming for state and national glory, we offer 1-on-1 sessions. We analyze match footage to identify your blind spots and craft a game plan that plays to your specific physical strengths. ### Training Environment We train at the Asmita Club in Mira Road East, utilizing standard 25mm EVA mats that replicate the feel of professional competition surfaces. Our batches are structured to foster a team atmosphere where beginners learn from experienced fighters, and everyone is held to a standard of grit and discipline. Whether you are a parent looking for a disciplined environment for your child or an adult athlete ready to test your limits, we have a path for you. ## About Fit and Fight Taekwondo Academy We are Aakash and Prashanjeet. Coaching at Fit and Fight is more than just teaching kicks; it is about building the confidence and strategy to step onto a mat and fight your own battles, just like the champions you see on this page.
