I schedule these shoots during the golden hour to ensure the softest light, and I keep the timeline flexible—if your child needs a feeding break or a moment to play in the grass, we pause and follow their lead. Nature provides the best backdrop for a child's natural curiosity. When we move outside, the goal is to capture movement and joy without the constraints of a studio wall. These sessions are perfect for active toddlers who want to explore, or for families who prefer a relaxed setting that feels like a day out in the park. ### Why Choose an Outdoor Session The primary advantage is the quality of light. By shooting during the early morning or late afternoon, we utilize soft, directional light that creates a gentle glow on your baby's skin. This natural ambiance is ideal for capturing candid expressions—a genuine laugh, a look of wonder, or those quiet moments of connection between parents and children. ### My Approach to Outdoor Shoots I bring the same safety-first mindset from my studio to the outdoors. I pack a selection of props, such as rustic wooden crates, teepees, or toys, but I keep the setup minimal to blend with the surroundings. Whether we are in a quiet corner of a park in Delhi NCR or a garden in Jaipur, the environment remains part of the story. ### Flexibility is Key Outdoor photography requires patience. I do not rush the process. If the baby feels shy or needs time to settle into the environment, we take the time they need. I recommend bringing their favorite toy or comfort blanket, as familiar items help them feel secure in a new space. We can coordinate these shoots across any of my service locations, ensuring we find a spot that offers both privacy and beauty for your family portraits. ## About First Child Photography I am the one behind the camera, chasing giggles and capturing those raw, unfiltered firsts. For me, photography is not just about the shot; it is about preserving the feeling of your family’s journey, one tiny heartbeat at a time.
