We believe that 'wrong' lines are essential footprints of your learning process, not mistakes to be hidden. By leaving these marks, you learn to observe your own development and build a rhythmic confidence that a constant reliance on erasing only disrupts. We view art as sadhana—a path of self-discovery rather than a quick hobby. When you walk into our studio in Jayanagar, you will notice the difference immediately. There are no distractions of competition here. We maintain an environment of quiet focus, beginning every session with an invocation to set the right intent. Our studio setup is designed for deep learning, with wooden donkey benches and plaster casts that force you to look, really look, at your subject. Whether you are working on architectural perspective or anatomy, we push you to move beyond surface-level aesthetics. Our curriculum, which includes the 6-month Diploma and focused 2-month modules, is built on the same foundations we have upheld since 2011. We lean on the wisdom of figures like Basavanna, whose virtues of honesty and inner purity are the bedrock of our classroom. If you are looking for an environment that encourages you to hide your mistakes, we might not be the right fit. We want you to see them, keep them, and learn from them. This is how you build a portfolio that reflects genuine skill and character. ## About Fine Arts Gurukul We are Fine Arts Gurukul, a space for those who want to treat art as a disciplined practice. We do not believe in quick fixes or competition, just honest, structured growth under the guidance of experienced mentors. Here, you learn not just to draw, but to observe and respect the process.
