I use only therapeutic-grade essential oils, meaning you get a clean, toxin-free burn that helps you unwind rather than giving you a headache. Every candle is poured in small batches right here in Malad, so you are always getting the freshest possible scent profile for your space. ### Beyond the Candle: A Daily Ritual When I make candles, I focus on the 'slow burn.' Soy wax is a clean alternative to the usual paraffin, and because I use essential oils, the scent is subtle and natural rather than overpowering. **Aromatherapy Shower Steamers** If you want a spa vibe at home but don't have a bathtub, my shower steamers are the answer. Place one on the floor of your shower—away from direct water stream—and let the steam activate the essential oils. It turns a regular morning shower into a moment of calm. **Usage & Care Tips** * **Candles:** Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before lighting to prevent soot. Let the wax melt all the way to the edges on your first burn to stop 'tunneling.' * **Steamers:** These are potent. Use one per shower for the full aromatherapy effect. * **Storage:** Keep your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the integrity of the natural oils. Everything here is plastic-free and packed with the same care I put into making them. Whether you are looking to freshen up your living room or need a quick mood reset in the shower, these aromatics are designed to be a gentle, honest part of your day. ## About Fika I’m the person behind Fika, and my studio is where I pour my energy into every candle and steamer.
