When you sign up for our Xtreme Fitness Kickboxing or Shinkali programs, you are committing to a curriculum that demands deep understanding of both technique and teaching methodology. You will not just be learning to fight; you will be learning how to handle a room, correct a student's stance under pressure, and safely manage the energy of a class. Teaching is a different battle than training. When you are the one holding the pads or demonstrating the technique, your understanding of the art must be absolute. My certification programs are built to bridge the gap between being a practitioner and becoming an instructor. ### Why Choose Our Certification? We focus on practical capability. My Xtreme Fitness Kickboxing program, for instance, is Skill India recognized. This adds a layer of professional credibility to your training, but the real value is in the rigor. We break down the theory, anatomy, and biomechanics behind every movement. You will learn how to build a lesson plan, manage student safety, and adapt your teaching to different fitness levels. ### The Path to Mastery - **Shinkali Grading:** If you are part of the Warrior Tribe, earning your rank through formal grading is a milestone. It is about proving your skills in stick fighting, knife defense, and ground fighting in front of senior instructors. - **Instructor Courses:** These are 20+ hour intensive modules. Expect early mornings, theory exams, and sweaty, hands-on practical sessions. We cover everything from the basic stance to advanced tactical drills. - **Lifelong Learning:** I still travel to train under my own masters—like my W-1 training in Krav Maga—because I believe the day a teacher stops learning is the day they stop being effective. When you certify with me, you are not just getting a certificate; you are gaining access to a lineage of practice and a network of fighters who treat the dojo with respect. This is not a weekend workshop where everyone gets a pass. Be prepared to sweat, be prepared to study, and be prepared to earn your stripes. ## About Hemaal Shah I am Sensei H, and I teach because the cycle of learning never ends.
