Our coaches undergo continuous training, including AIFF C and D license certifications, to ensure our methods stay ahead of the curve. When you train here, you aren't just getting a drill sergeant; you are getting a mentor who understands the technical pathway required to move from grassroots to the state or national level. Great football isn't just about running laps; it is about precision, positioning, and understanding the game. Our coaches are the backbone of this philosophy. ### Why Certification Matters We insist on AIFF-licensed training because modern football requires a scientific approach to development. Whether it is understanding off-the-ball movement, mastering first-touch mechanics, or executing tactical formations, our mentors are trained to break these complex skills down. You will often find our team attending license courses under instructors like Keshav Sir, ensuring that the knowledge passed down to our students is current and effective. ### The Mentor-Student Ratio We maintain a strict 12:1 student-to-coach ratio. This is not just a policy; it is a necessity for player development. In larger groups, it is easy to get lost in the crowd, but our smaller batches allow our mentors to catch small technical errors in a player's stance or kicking technique before they become bad habits. ### On-Field Mentorship Our coaching style is high-energy. You will hear us pushing players on the pitch, but it is always directed. We focus on: - **Technical Drills:** Agility ladders, cone work, and ball mastery. - **Tactical Awareness:** Learning when to press and when to hold positions. - **Game Simulation:** Regular internal matches to apply training in real-time pressure situations. We don't just coach football; we coach the mindset required to win leagues like the Gurgaon Youth League. If you are looking for a coaching staff that is as serious about your child's growth as you are, you have found the right place. ## About Fast Football Club We are a team that believes champions are made when no one is watching. Our coaches live by that standard, focusing on everything from basic ball mastery to high-level tactical movement so our players are always match-ready.
