## About Dog Training & Behavior Modification

I look at dogs differently. If a dog is out of control, I don't blame the breed or the animal. It's usually us humans missing the mark with structure or knowledge. My style is about giving dogs what they actually need, not just what we think they want.

### What I Believe

- Dogs aren’t babies—they’re powerful, intelligent animals. Trying to treat them like humans always makes things worse.
- Structure comes first. I set clear rules and boundaries, acting as the dog’s true leader (or 'Kahu', as we say).
- Every dog, especially working breeds, needs a job or purpose. We find that together, whether it’s advanced obedience or drive work.
- My end goal? A dog that’s balanced—safe with kids, stable at home, and focused out in the world.

- Board and train dog program: Dogs stay with me for deep, hands-on work. It’s immersive and real, not just a few sessions.

### My story

Vicky here. Been at this for 15+ years. My own dogs - Ice, Dre, and the whole squad - they’re family, always part of the action, even when my son’s around. Lost my old girl Gloria, she was my heart. Had dogs with tough backgrounds, some even put folks in the hospital. But seeing a dog change, get a second shot - that’s everything. Happy faces, wagging tails, families healed. That’s why I do it.

### My work

- **Canine Training & Boarding in Bangalore**: We offer puppy obedience games, severe dog aggression rehab, and boarding for all breeds.
- **Stop The Blame, Start To Train**: We build trust and respect, making training fun so you and your dog speak the same language.
- **Kahu Dog Philosophy**: We’re guardians, not owners. Dogs aren’t babies. We honour their nature for lifelong bonds.
- **All Breeds, All Issues**: No breed bias. We work with rescues, reactivity, even blind or deaf dogs. Every dog can shine.
- **Owner-Dog Partnership**: Training works best when owners commit. It’s teamwork, and that’s how real change happens.
