## About Our Delicious Flavours & Simple Bakes

You won't find any pre-mixes here. I bake every sponge from scratch using high-quality ingredients, which is why my whipped cream finishes stay light and airy even after the drive across Mumbai. Whether you want a decadent chocolate truffle or a fresh fruit classic, your cake is packed securely in an AC cab, arriving ready for your celebration.

### My Baking Philosophy

I get a kick out of making simple, beautiful cakes that actually taste good. I run a 100% eggless Jain cloud kitchen, which means I don't use any eggs or premixes. Everything is made fresh to order. If you've been searching for an eggless cake in Mumbai that doesn't sacrifice on texture, this is it.

### Why I Focus on Whipped Cream

Most of my designs use fresh whipped cream frosting. I find fondant can get too sweet and heavy, so I use it only for small, necessary details. This leaves the cake lighter and lets the actual flavour of the sponge and filling shine through. It’s perfect for the humid Mumbai weather and keeps the cake stable.

### Popular Flavour Pairings

*   **Chocolate Overload:** A staple for birthdays. I use rich truffle and chocolate mousse, often topped with Ferrero Rocher or KitKats.
*   **Indian Fusion:** My Rasmalai cake is a bestseller. It’s light, fragrant with cardamom and pistachio, and topped with real rasmalai.
*   **Fresh Fruit:** I only use seasonal fruits like mango, strawberry, and kiwi. No artificial syrups or tinned substitutes—just natural freshness.

### Customising Your Cake

If you have a Pinterest photo or a specific theme, send it over. I love the creative freedom of hand-piping flowers or assembling structural elements. Whether you need a simple vanilla cake with delicate floral piping or a chocolate-heavy celebration cake, I work with you to make it happen.

### Delivery Across Mumbai

Transporting cake is always a worry, so I handle the logistics. Every order is delivered across Mumbai in a temperature-controlled AC cab to ensure the frosting stays set and the cake arrives at your venue looking exactly how it did when it left my kitchen.
