We treat our maintenance as a long-term collaboration. We do not just drop off plants; we monitor soil aeration, adjust seasonal fertilization, and shape growth to ensure that what starts as a delicate sapling today becomes the lush, dense screen or specimen tree you envisioned for next season. ### Beyond Basic Watering True garden maintenance is about anticipation, not just reaction. Our team at Ferntastica Gardens focuses on the 'growth journey' of your space. Whether it is a terrace garden or a large podium landscape, plants in Mumbai face unique challenges—from heavy monsoons to city dust and heat. ### How We Sustain Your Sanctuary Our annual maintenance contracts are built on a philosophy of constant, intentional care. We look at the health of your soil, the efficiency of your drainage, and the vigor of your foliage, not just the water levels. * **Soil and Nutrition:** We manage topsoil aeration (gudai) and apply organic vermicompost or cow dung manure based on seasonal requirements to ensure deep root growth. * **Expert Shaping:** Whether it is managing a hedge or pruning a specimen tree like a Frangipani, our gardeners know exactly how to guide the plant's structure to encourage dense, healthy growth. * **Pest and Disease Management:** We catch issues like mites or aphids early, using organic neem oil treatments before they become an infestation that harms your garden's aesthetic. ### Learning from Every Site We have seen it all—from balconies that need wind-tolerant screening to seafront properties that require specialized salt-tolerant plant maintenance. Our work with varied species, like the Abyssinian Banana, shows that with the right, consistent inputs, plants can transform from small nursery stock into towering, happy giants. Our goal is to make sure your space is not just 'alive', but thriving and getting better every year. ## About Ferntastica Gardens At Ferntastica Gardens, we are a family-run team that treats every plant like one of our own.
