You are knee-deep in flour, learning the exact kneading techniques for our signature Neapolitan dough and the precise folding methods for fresh ravioli. It is loud, fun, and designed to get you comfortable in the kitchen immediately. Our workshop space is designed to feel less like a classroom and more like your favourite local hangout. We lean into a relaxed, Ghibli-inspired aesthetic that makes it easy to unwind, whether you are here for a solo escape, a family outing, or a team-building session. ### The Workshop Experience We believe the best way to learn is by doing. That is why every session includes: * **Active Participation:** You handle the dough, roll the pasta, and prep the toppings. We provide the aprons and chef hats, so don't worry about the mess. * **Fuel to Keep You Going:** Each session starts with a welcome cooler and shared appetizers like our Hudson Garlic Bread to get the energy up. * **Actual Takeaways:** You leave with the recipe knowledge for 00 flour dough and sauce basics, plus a 25% discount voucher for your next visit to our restaurant. ### What We Teach Depending on the day, you might find yourself throwing pizza bases for our wood-fired oven or mastering the art of a classic Tiramisu. We keep the groups intimate so everyone gets face time with the chef. If you are joining for a 'Mom and Kids' day, expect a focus on sensory play, like kneading and decorating, capped off with a participation certificate for the little ones. We operate workshops out of Khan Market, Gurugram Sector 65, and Paragon Waterfront in Ludhiana. Bring your gang, leave your inhibitions at the door, and let’s make a mess. ## About Fat Lulu's We’re Fat Lulu’s, a Brooklyn-hearted, Delhi-raised crew that treats every workshop like a mini party.
