Managing fresh blooms in Mumbai’s humidity requires a mix of structural engineering and constant hydration to ensure your decor looks fresh from the first guest to the last. Creating the setups you see on this page involves a specific sequence of steps that starts long before the event begins. First, we evaluate the space. Whether it is a home balcony or a large banquet hall, every venue has constraints—pillar locations, humidity levels, or limited setup windows. My team and I treat these not as obstacles, but as variables in our planning. ### The Setup Process * **Structural Planning:** Before a single flower is placed, we build the foundations. This includes installing wooden frames, trussing, or custom backdrops to ensure stability. * **Floral Handling:** We source fresh flowers locally to maintain quality. During the setup, you will often find us working with specialized hydration techniques to keep petals firm in Mumbai’s heat. * **Real-time Adjustments:** Even with a plan, live events change. If a neon sign needs re-positioning or a floral bunch needs a different angle to capture the light perfectly, we make those decisions on the spot.
