We provide a structured environment with dedicated guides for each group size, ensuring every child stays engaged while learning the science behind organic soil and seasonal plant growth. ### A Nature-First Curriculum Modern classroom learning often stops at textbooks, but we believe in learning by doing. At Farmus, we provide an outdoor curriculum designed to teach children where their food comes from. Students get their hands dirty in the soil, learn to identify crops, and understand the role of animals in a sustainable ecosystem. ### What a School Visit Looks Like Every trip is tailored to the age group and learning objectives of the school. A typical day includes: - **Guided Farming:** Students walk through our polyhouses and vegetable beds, pulling carrots or spotting tomatoes under the guidance of our farm team. - **Animal Interaction:** Our petting zoo allows children to meet goats, rabbits, and cows in a safe, controlled setting, teaching them empathy and basic animal care. - **Creative Workshops:** From pottery on the wheel to craft sessions using natural materials like leaves and twigs, we help students express their creativity. - **Farm-to-Table Lunch:** We provide fresh, healthy meals made from ingredients grown on-site, showing students exactly how farm produce translates into nutrition. ### Why Schools Choose Us We are located in Dhumaspur, Gurgaon, making us accessible for day trips without long travel times. Our space is managed to ensure safety, with designated rest areas, clean facilities, and constant supervision. Every student leaves with a sense of accomplishment, often taking home a "Friend of Farmus" certificate to remember their day. If you are an educator or administrator looking to get your students out of the classroom and into nature, get in touch to discuss your specific learning goals. ## About Farmus I built Farmus because I saw how disconnected city kids were from the food on their plates. When your students visit, they aren't just looking at charts; they are pulling carrots and meeting our goats, learning the real story of farming right here in our Gurgaon fields.
