If you are planning an Eid feast or a big family dawat, please remember we require advance orders because the cooking process cannot be rushed, and we cook everything fresh to order. We deliver across Mumbai and Thane, but you can also pick up straight from our Yari Road kitchen if that is more convenient. ### The Art of the Dum Since 1992, we have stuck to the old-school method of slow-cooking our biryani. Whether you pick our Zaffrani Chicken or the classic Mutton, the "dum" process ensures the meat remains tender while the rice absorbs the aroma of the whole spices. It is not just about the rice; it is about that perfect ratio of masala to grain that defines real Mughlai food. ### Planning Your Eid Feast We understand that Eid is a busy time, and the last thing you want to worry about is the kitchen. Here is how we handle your orders: * **Bucket Biryanis:** We pack our biryanis in spill-proof, food-grade buckets, making it easier to transport and share at large family gatherings. * **Custom Qurbani Service:** For Bakri Eid, if you prefer to provide your own fresh mutton, our team handles the cleaning, marination, and cooking. We prepare everything from seekh kebabs to rogan josh exactly the way you like it. * **Advance Booking:** Because everything is made fresh, we operate strictly on pre-orders.
